Monetary & In-Kind Donations Accepted
All donations are used for the preparation and production of events and services for the homeless. We purchase locally, and all donations received are regenerated back into the community marketplace.

The mission of Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) is to shelter and care for abandoned companion animals, find them new homes, and to prevent animal cruelty through education and community programs.
As of Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all Housing Resource Centers in Alameda County have suspended drop-in services and will be holding phone appointments for screenings, assessments and housing support.

Trained DV counselors will meet with survivors over zoom. This is a great opportunity for survivors to learn about our services (for survivors who reside in SF), get referrals, and overarching support and crisis counseling, no appointment is required!
